Clarion Events needed to reach 5,000 net new contacts that matched ITC Vegas’s ideal attendee profile, while also re-engaging dormant audiences in a crowded event marketing landscape. We elevated their outreach beyond traditional tactics by combining personalised video, tailored messaging, and dynamic landing pages. The result was a lead generation system that made every touchpoint feel more relevant, more human, and more likely to convert, across cold email outreach and LinkedIn paid ads.



We built a personalised invite experience that added a genuine human layer to large-scale outreach. Each recipient received a video intro designed to feel direct and specific, supported by A.I powered copy that matched the right tone and call to action for their sector and intent.
To carry that personalisation through the full journey, we created dynamic landing pages where each viewer saw custom messaging aligned to their interests and industry. I led the creative direction across the video invites, copy, landing page experience, and outbound campaign setup, ensuring the system worked cohesively across email and LinkedIn.
