Office Co needed support filling their Bristol location, focusing on driving interest from relevant businesses in the local area. We created a personalised outreach campaign across cold email and LinkedIn InMail, combining on-brand motion graphics with on-site footage to properly sell the space and make the message feel specific, vibrant, and hard to ignore.



The creative direction was rooted in Office Co’s colourful brand, using motion graphics that complemented their identity rather than competing with it. We paired that with filmed footage on location, making the workspace feel real and immediate, and giving prospects a clear sense of what they would be stepping into.
To boost relevance and response, we developed a Google plugin that enabled Office Co to send personalised videos directly to prospects on LinkedIn as part of their outreach. I led the creative across filming and campaign coordination, shaping the content and rollout to suit the targeting limits of a Bristol-only audience. The campaign resulted in lots more viewings being booked.
